The Business Assessment is a free no-obligation assessment of the needs of your business. Having completed the assessment you will be presented with a report detailing the solutions we feel best suit your business needs. The implementation of the solutions can be discussed following the report.

As part of the assessment of your needs we will help you identify those measures that reflect the improvement you are seeking in your business. It is against those measures that we will deliver any solutions, and review the progress of what we are doing.

How long will the assessment process take?

The initial in-depth discussion can be arranged at a time convenient to you and your business. Following this meeting we will normally complete the full written report within 10 days. The report can then be followed by a further discussion of the preferred solution.

The length of time required to complete the assessment process will be determined by the complexity of the situation.
