  • Sales staff turnover less than 1%;
  • All the trainees achieved the industry recognised standard qualification;
The senior management within the organisation recognised the value that the Telephone sales team had added to the organisation. The team has since grown in size, and continues to achieve targets and maintain low staff turnover.
